Our A & E department is open anyone who has an out of hours emergency. This includes our own clients and clients of partner practices who have chosen to use the first-class facilities at Croft for their clients at times when they are not available. Cases will be triaged so a short wait may be necessary. To minimise this wait a phone call as you leave home to tell us you are on your way and short summary of symptoms will help us to have the right staff available for your arrival.
We have vets on duty (meaning they are on the premises and available – not just on call) 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
